Self-described behind the scenes guy, General Manager Jim White returns to his roots in restaurant management with the opening of The Hil. He oversees the restaurant’s operations with a sharp eye, while also maintaining a presence in the dining roum and lounge.
Before opening The Hil, Jim managed logistics and inventory for Lou Sobh Automotive in Atlanta. He has nearly a decade of restaurant management experience which includes time working under the direction of his now mother-in-law, Sandy.
Jim gets his fix for fresh air and speed by riding his Harley-Davidson mortorcycle. He also proclaims a passion for good food and better margaritas.
